Implemented solutions
Having successfully integrated the PBX into the customer’s network, we made it possible to create and configure user accounts and after-sale services. At the current stage, up to 700 users can be connected to the PBX. Given the flexible scalability of the RTU platform, it will be possible to increase the number of users up to 200 thousand.
A multifunctional, yet clear interface and uninterrupted connection with a large number of video conferencing participants — all this made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of meetings. The customer is granted the right to independently administer using an extensive set of flexible and necessary settings. Technical tests of the IVA MCU platform under significant load on the system guaranteed the high performance and reliability of the product.
As a result of the implementation, the platform became the main video conferencing service, which made it possible to reduce the costs of numerous disparate communication tools used before. As a result, the service is used by 41 executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife Protection, Ministry of Education and Science, etc.).
For video conference meetings, the stenographer uses artificial intelligence to recognize the speech of participants. The AI identifies intonations of each speaker using special algorithms and puts them into text. The stenographer has no restriction on the number of participants: technologies allow recording and structuring the words of people speaking simultaneously without losing the essence.
The use of an AI stenographer designed by IVA Technologies has significantly optimized the work processes of the State Council. Thanks to AI self-improvement, the stenographer captures at least 94% of what is said and minimizes possible errors.
