More than 60 Authorities of Tatarstan Now Have Access to IVA MCU Platform

Employees of 16 ministries and 45 municipal units of Tatarstan have gained access to the IVA MCU video conferencing platform. Earlier, the IVA MCU video conferencing service was employed for holding operational meetings in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of Tatarstan.

«Platform deployment takes no more than 1 day, ” comments Maxim Smirnov. «Accounts have been created for department officers, and connectivity has been tested. Several dozen meetings are held on the platform in the republic daily.»

Free licenses for the IVA MCU video conferencing platform are provided to public entities and the largest industrial enterprises of Tatarstan for organizing remote work under current restrictions. The platform allows for multi-user document management and offers over 20 tools for remote teamwork. Main characteristics of the solution include high-grade security of transmitted information and the absence of strict requirements for the IT infrastructure — video communication is available on a device of any type.

In addition to the usual remote meetings, the IVA MCU solution allows for online conferences with hundreds or thousands of participants, can be used for distance learning, as well as for the provision of telemedicine services.

«We also suggested using our solution to create a unified system of interdepartmental communication of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan. Such a system will provide secure communication in remote interaction mode for holding briefing sessions regardless of a participant’s location, to speed up discussions and decision-making on key issues, ” added Maxim Smirnov.
